Presidium Learning Inc. is a technology driven support organization. Primarily it functions as the support infrastructure to higher-education instructors and students who use online educational software as an alternative to the traditional classroom.

Situation: In its inception Presidium lacked a concrete method to address the needs of the student and instructor population of its various university clientele. No current technology existed that addressed their business model; there were no content or support materials that addressed their specific audience; there was no existing training system in place. Additionally they required a branding strategy that would establish it as an industry leader in the business of high touch support in the educational marketplace.
Strategy and Approach: In response to this need Entropi first developed a corporate identity and built additional marketing collateral material around that initial branding, which included a corporate web presence. Thereafter Entropi participated in the development of the ticketing system used to track and respond to the requests from their clientele. Next, a process for creating "how to" items for the Knowledge Database was developed along with the writing and implementation of hundreds of those Knowledge Base items by Entropi's team as a starting point for Presidium. For a period of seven months, Entropi managed this process and then developed the necessary training materials to ensure a seamless transition. In addition training manuals and presentations were developed to instruct new employees on phone etiquette and escalation procedures. As a company, Presidium has grown exponentially since its beginning only a few years ago. The investment in quality, but practical marketing collateral, training systems, tailored content development and custom technology has given Presidium a branding and method infrastructure geared for expansion.
